We are hiring a technical professional Food Technology Specialist, who is responsible for the efficient development, modification and manufacture of our ice cream products and processes. He/She will be creating innovative new products and renovating all existing products.
Responsible for new products projects including product development and improvement, starting from concept to final product.
Responsible for all products' data, related to materials and recipes.
Responsible for modifying and improving existing recipes.
Develop and participate in tests and evaluations of ingredients needed to support product development and cost improvements.
Conduct effective sensory evaluation sessions of existing, new and competitors’ products.
Research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concept.
Work with PDM and JD Edwards systems.
Act as point of communication with stakeholders internally and externally regarding product development.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including commercial and manufacturing teams, to ensure timely execution of multiple projects.
Education: Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Science or Chemical Engineering. Preferable major: Food science & Technology.
Experience: 0- 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG field.
