Food Technology Specialist


We are hiring a technical professional Food Technology Specialist, who is responsible for the efficient development, modification and manufacture of our ice cream products and processes. He/She will be creating innovative new products and renovating all existing products.


  • Responsible for new products projects including product development and improvement, starting from concept to final product.
  • Responsible for all products' data, related to materials and recipes.
  • Responsible for modifying and improving existing recipes.
  • Develop and participate in tests and evaluations of ingredients needed to support product development and cost improvements.
  • Conduct effective sensory evaluation sessions of existing, new and competitors’ products.
  • Research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concept.
  • Work with PDM and JD Edwards systems.
  • Act as point of communication with stakeholders internally and externally regarding product development.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including commercial and manufacturing teams, to ensure timely execution of multiple projects.




Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Science or Chemical Engineering.
Preferable major: Food science & Technology.

0- 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG field.
