We are looking for highly motivated & results oriented candidates to join our highly successful teams based in Froneri's Cairo Distribution Centers. Candidates will be responsible for managing drivers & sales representatives, setting clear journey plans & KPIs, and discussing results with the Sales force on daily basis. As a Sales Supervisor, you have the capability to sell startegies, as well as lead, change & develop people, and solve complex problems by thinking critically.
Achieve sales value and numeric distribution targets through following the business KPI's.
Control trade assets in the market, and maximize the best utilization of company assets (Freezers/ trucks)
Lead, coach, and direct the Sales force to achieve the preset sales objectives and targets, and ensure the highest distribution of NPD's.
Ensure the deployment of different visibility packages P.O.P.
Ensure collecting the customers' credit on its due, and control the Sales man shortage
Understand and monitor competitors' activities
Provide the Sales management with the sufficient reports covering peoples’ performance /behavior/ market conditions/ competition/ others.
<p>Education:<br />Bachelor degree in Business Administartion or relevant area.</p>
