Area Sales Manager is responsible for several trade channels within specific Sales area.
Ensuring the increase of sales value within the area handled as well as acheiving significant sales targets through direct supervision of sales professionals.
Achieve sales value and numeric distribution targets through following the business KPI's.
Ensure the deployment of different visibility packages P.O.P.
Control trade assets in the market.
Provide the Sales management with the sufficient reports covering peoples’ performance /behavior/ market conditions/ competition/ others.
Lead, coach, and direct the sales supervisor & Sales force to achieve the preset sales objectives and targets.
Maximize the best utilization of company assets (Freezers/ trucks) to ensure the highest productivity/ efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience of required field in Sales within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Solid proven People leading skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Great understanding of trade channels.
