We are seeking a talented and commercially focused Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team, working on our iconic ice cream brands! This role represents a unique opportunity for a passionate and motivated marketeer to drive brand growth, taking his/her career to the next level!
Assist in the brand’s day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Create an analysis of the market: environment, trends and competitor’s activity to define & propose action plans.
Support our Brand Managers in developing, coordinating and monitoring the brand strategy implementation.
Identify key issues and opportunities of the brand and assist in the development of Brand Marketing Plan.
Engage with cross functional teams (including Sales, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain) to develop strategies for the brand's success.
Manage creative and media agency partners from brief development, big idea & proof of concept, media tactical plan, and final execution.
Monitor budget spend and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
Track results of activities and product launch to deliver strong recommendations (KPI’s, budgets, and financial returns).
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Mass comm or relevant field.
2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing, minimum 1 year of experience in Brand Management.
FMCG, F&B and Telecom.
