Sales Supervisor is accountable for several trade channels within specific Sales area, and ensuring the increase of the sales value within the area handled.
Achieve sales value and numeric distribution targets through following the business KPI's.
Control trade assets in the market, and maximize the best utilization of company assets (Freezers/ trucks).
Ensure collecting the customers' credit on its due, and control the Sales man shortage.
Ensure the deployment of different visibility packages P.O.P.
Provide the Sales management with the sufficient reports covering peoples’ performance /behavior/ market conditions/ competition/ others.
Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals & targets.
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry. Skills: - Excellent communication & negotiation skills - Strong knowledge of the local market - High analytical skills
